About Me

Today, I’m the Copy Lead at WagWell, where I have 3 goals:

  1. Owning the brand voice and messaging of an emerging brand in the dog wellness space

  2. Collaborating with design and marketing partners to produce standout and strategically focused concepts

  3. Get my dog’s input on every word that goes to print

Previously, I established the voice and creative foundations at BarkBox, Birchbox, BirchboxMan—pretty much any company that expresses themselves by way of a box. But I also created ad campaigns and creative copy for retail brands like Paul Stuart, Mack Weldon, JackThreads. I'm a multi-dimensional Creative Director, Brand Strategist, Copywriter, and pisces. My journey through a wide range of brand types has given me a unique perspective on brand building. Rather than working in silos, I've seen how these elements interconnect to create powerful brand experiences.

I got my undergrad at NYU for Creative Writing many years ago when I was in my poetry era. I’ve worked in startups, corporate spaces, freelance, as an intern, and in bars and restaurants.  I have a small vintage business with my best friend, called Kathy Hates Surprises that we started during the pandemic.
